Support
During the beta, support is provided to invited users by the person who invited them.
Contact details will be published before the beta opens.
When you ask for help, describe what you did and what you saw. Never send your password, a pairing code, an invitation link or a reset link to anyone, including support.
Signing in
- Sign in with the email address your invitation was sent to.
- Forgot your password? Use reset your password (not in this preview). If email is not set up for this beta, ask the person who invited you: they can give you a reset link directly. A reset link works once and expires after an hour.
- An invitation link works once, for the address it was sent to, and expires. If yours has expired, ask for a new one.
- After several wrong passwords, signing in is paused for a short while.
Installing the browser extension
Autofill runs in the ApplyMog extension for Google Chrome or Chromium. Download it from the extension page: the download is made for this server, so it already knows where your workspace is.
- Unzip it, open
chrome://extensions, turn on Developer mode, choose Load unpacked, and select theApplyMog-extensionfolder. - Sign in to ApplyMog and open Account, then Browser extension.
- Create a pairing code. It works once, for 10 minutes.
- Open the extension's settings and enter the code.
You can see every paired browser on your account page and revoke any of them. Changing your password signs every paired extension out; pair it again with a new code.
When Autofill leaves a field blank
Autofill fills a field only when your profile or your approved answers have evidence for it. Anything else is left blank and highlighted, with the reason, so you can answer it yourself. To fill it next time, add the answer to your profile. Passwords and legal declarations are always left to you, and so are self-identification questions unless you choose to share those answers in your profile.
Employer sites
Compatibility with employer sites is limited and not guaranteed. If a form does not fill as expected, fill it yourself and tell the person who invited you which site it was. ApplyMog never presses Submit, so nothing is sent until you send it.
Exporting or deleting your account
Both are on your account page. The export is one zip file with your workspace (your profile, resumes, documents, jobs and applications) and your account record (sessions, paired browsers, AI use and account events). Deleting asks for your password and for the word DELETE. Backups made before a deletion are deleted about 30 days after they were made; the privacy notice says when one is kept longer.
