Preview of the ApplyMog beta site. This is not the service: nothing here signs you in, and the beta is invite-only. Anything marked “not in this preview” works only on the running service.
ApplyMog

One list from saved to offer

Every job you are considering and every application you are pursuing, with its stage, its documents and what happened, in one place.

Jobs, then the tracker

A job you save waits under Jobs. When you start applying it moves to the Tracker, the same record seen later, never a copy.

  • Add a job from the extension, or by pasting its link.
  • Stages from Applying through Applied, Interview and Offer, to Rejected, Withdrawn or Archived. Each is a word, never only a colour.
  • Plan your next step on any job, and see what is due.
The tracker, with one application marked Applied

Around each application

  • Find jobs reads the public job boards of the employers ApplyMog follows, and a few public job lists (the Hacker News hiring thread, community internship lists), when you press it. A posting found twice is kept once, and your search preferences decide what is ruled out, with the words that decided it. A board that does not answer is reported as such; some boards refuse requests from servers.
  • Score jobs asks the AI provider you allowed how well a posting fits your resume, and shows the strengths it reported with the resume line each rests on. ApplyMog checks that the words match, not that the judgement is right: read a score as the model's opinion. Nothing is scored without your permission, and a job your preferences rule out is set aside without asking.
  • Follow-ups come due two weeks after the day you say you applied. ApplyMog does not read your mail: you record what an employer told you, and drafts are text you copy and send yourself.
  • Interviews you record get a preparation page built from the posting as you applied to it and the documents you said you sent, and a packet you can download.

Applied means you said so

ApplyMog holds no receipt from any employer. An application becomes Applied only when you say you submitted it: Mark Submitted in the extension, which also keeps what was on the form, or "I submitted" and "I already applied" in your workspace. Each is recorded once. A confirmation page an employer shows is offered to you as a prompt, never believed on its own.

History that does not change

What Autofill wrote, and what you marked, is kept as it was. Editing your profile later never rewrites an application you already made. Download it, any time, from your account.

ApplyMog is invite-only for now.
